Cancel within the first 30 days - Satisfaction Guarantee. If you cancel your paid account within the risk free period you may request a refund of your initial payment. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your Premier account online. A completed refund request form must be emailed to or faxed to Client Services prior to a refund being issued. All eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge. After 30 days all sales are final.
